"Tracking the True Self: A Visioning Process"

The process of rediscovering one's true self is much like the work of an animal tracker in the wild. The tracks are there. Some can be found in your past and present life or from those around you. The most important clues come from a deep inner dialogue that happens over a period of time.

I see my role as that of a guide or coach. I provide the tools and resources, while you provide the answers.
