Level
One:
Ron Kurtz,
developer of the Hakomi method of body-centered counseling
has created a series of workshops designed to give participants
practical skills for learning how to create more ease and
joy in their lives by integrating mindfulness and self-study
into their other work and life skills. Weekend workshops run
from 9:30-5:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. All workshops are
2 days each. Workshop fees and locations vary. To register
